We use PayPal to process credit cards. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to checkout. Once you have verified the billing and shipping addresses, click the "next" button that says you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the order, click confirm. If you do not want to log into PayPal, simply click the link that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact us.
In stock yarn and products normally ship same or next day. If your order will be delayed from what is indicated on the product listing, we'll email within a day after you after you place an order.
Most orders ship USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders over 1 pound ship Priority Mail. We also use UPS and FedEx for large, heavy items. Looms that are not going to be local pick up are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
We have a minimum $6 shipping fee per order when shipping to a US address (unless otherwise noted on the product). Ordered items may add nominal shipping charges depending on weight. Most large Looms and spinning wheels ship free. If you have any questions at all (or super urgent yarn and fiber needs) please contact us!
We keep shipping costs as low as possible, and often our actual shipping costs are higher than charged. Although we try to have shipping costs calculated accurately, if we charge $2 over actual shipping costs we will refund the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are completely happy with your order! However if you are not happy, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly work with you to resolve the situation.
